I recently stayed at the Cozy Flat in Nicosia for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable. What surprised me the most was the amount of space I had all to myself, making it a perfect alternative for families. The hosts, Sibar and Simge, were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. They even handled a party upstairs on the day of my arrival with efficiency. The apartment was nicely equipped with a delightful surprise of Netflix. , the location was convenient with a grocery store, pharmacy, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The easy access to the city center was a big plus. I'm definitely looking forward to revisiting in the future.

The place is so close to Nicosia, big supermarket and a nice area. It offers a microwave, air conditioner, and an iron.

Quiet atmosphere, AMAZING location next to beautiful Turkish restaurants, the supermarket and the centre. Location close to everything that a person may need. Really helpful staff and host. Nice sleep on the comfortable bed. Got a hair dryer, dressing gowns, and a shower cap, available in the bathroom.

Bad free Wi-Fi.

Sibar and Simge are absolutely fantastic hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was perfectly clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The new building and modern interior were impressive. The location was great, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful. The flat had free wi-fi, parking, an electric kettle, cookware, air conditioning. Plus, pets were allowed! Can't wait to visit again!

The flat-screen TV in the living room made it easy to relax and watch my favorite shows. The well-equipped kitchen with a dining area was perfect for preparing and enjoying meals. The air-conditioning in all units kept the room cool and comfortable. The balcony provided a nice outdoor space to unwind and enjoy the view. The tile/marble flooring gave the apartment a modern and clean feel.

Personally, I didn't really like the stovetop in the apartment, but others might still find it useful.
